A New Reality Show

Ron LeGrand Helps Three Contestants and You Get a Check While You Watch.

On Monday, May 3, 2010, a new reality show will begin online at TheLearningPlanet.com. Ron LeGrand, the world's leading quick turn real estate expert will work with 3 contestants as they complete each step of his assigned tasks and the show films the progress.

The show will be hosted by Kristi Frank from the first season of The Apprentice, with Donald Trump. In some ways this will remind you of The Apprentice because it's set in a boardroom.

The Objective: Help each get their first check as fast as possible while the world becomes a fly on the wall. All viewers can do the same tasks at home and participate as if they were in the boardroom with Ron.As each episode is filmed, it will be posted for all to see at no cost, and you can tune in to any episode if you don't start from the beginning.

Ron picked three people of different ages and backgrounds, none with any experience; two are broke and have no money to work with, and none will be going to any bank to get a loan.

There's Lauren, a 23-year-old college grad who had her parents co-sign on over $100,000 in student loans that would take 20 years to pay off. Lauren pays $500.00 a month from her income so her parents don't lose everything. Ron will show her and you how to retire that debt with a few real estate deals. Wait until you see what Ron makes her do with some of her checks.

Then there's Alan, a lawyer whoss spent his life making a living and has concluded he'd better find a better way to grow wealth and retire than swapping hours for dollars.

Lastly, there's Dave, a retired corporate executive who didn't build retirement income during all those years on the job and now is faced with the subtle reality of growing old and being broke.

Sorry, there will be no back stabbing, sleeping together, voting or even competition on this show. All the contestants will become winners if they follow instructions and get paid real money by buying and selling a real house, and if they don't, Ron will fire them and replace them with someone else.

Ron is a no-nonsense, tell-it-like-it-is, and get-it-done-now-with-no-whining kind of a guy. The boardroom meetings to discuss deals are reality with no Hollywood shenanagens, and Ron will be himself and has made it clear he's not acting or putting on any phony fronts, and refuses to apologize if you hear a little profanity.

There has never been a reality show like this where you can tune in and make money right along with the contestants.
